Chad Disbennett, CFP® is a nationally-recognized Financial Educator, Author, Speaker and Retirement Planner.  You may have seen him in NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX network affiliates, as well as Columbus Business First, Business CourierWall Street Journal Market Watch, Yahoo Finance, and Wall Street Select, among others.

As the Creator of the WealthWithClarity Process™ and Co-Author of Retire Abundantly, Chad has been interviewed by James Malinchak, featured on ABC TV’s hit series, Secret Millionaire.

As founder and CEO, Chad and his team at Disbennett Wealth Management Group have been helping Business Owners, Executives, Health Care Professionals, and Women on their Own, learn how to preserve, protect, and pass on their wealth.

With a background in education, Chad created the WealthWithClarity™ Process to help his clients better understand the sometimes-confusing world of Financial Planning. He is a true financial “Coach” in that he thoroughly enjoys learning about his clients and their needs, and then finding the best solutions to fit those needs. As opposed to simply being an advisor, he is a true guide to his clients, and looks to form long lasting relationships.

Chad graduated from the College of Business at the University of Cincinnati, and then continued his education at Capital University in the realm of business education. He holds several securities and insurance designations, and completed the rigorous training necessary to become a Certified Financial Planner® Practitioner. 

As an NCAA Division I All-American in Track and Field, and a former AMA National Hillclimb Champion, Chad truly understands the meaning of hard work and commitment. He puts that same passion and effort into helping his clients each and every day.

Some of the activities that Chad enjoys are participating in Lancaster Rotary, supporting the local schools and their athletic programs, speaking, travelling, golfing, snowboarding, and exercising. More than anything else though, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife Danielle who he happily married in 2001, along with their children, Danica and Cooper.


Nicole Kellner-Swick*,  Director of Operations

Nicole joined the Disbennett Wealth Management family in October 2016 to help manage the office, working hand-in-hand with Chad to help improve efficiency, develop effective processes and procedures, provide better service to our clients and cultivate the business. Having focused on marketing for more than 15 years, Nicole brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

Nicole is service oriented and is used to wearing many hats. Being very organized with excellent communication skills, she thrives in an environment that offers variety and demands attention to detail. Nicole enjoys helping people while supporting the operations of the company.

Nicole earned a Master’s Degree in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communication with a double minor in Business Administration and Sociology from Ohio University. She enjoys spending time with her husband Steve, and their five children, volunteering for the Lancaster High School football boosters, as well as the YMCA gymnastics team. Nicole also enjoys visiting her alma matter in Athens, Ohio where her oldest daughter currently attends.


Timothy Sullivan, CPA

Tim Sullivan brings over 42 years of accounting and tax related experience to the company.  Tim has worked extensively over the years with business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them build their business and their retirement savings at the same time.  Tim’s extensive tax knowledge helps his clients keep more of what they’ve earned. 

Tim is a native of Lancaster, Ohio, and graduated from Lancaster High School in 1965.  After High School, he went on to graduate from Bliss Business College in 1968, and received his Bachelor of Administration, majoring in Accounting and Psychology from Ohio University in 1972.  Tim is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds a Series 7 registration, and has served as a financial advisor for 21 years.

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Joanne, and recently became a grandpa to a beautiful little girl named Sylva Rose.  On warmer days, Tim enjoys the outdoors in the form of chasing that ever illusive perfect shot on the golf course.  After 40 years of play, Tim had his first hole-in-one this past summer, while playing at a charity golf event.  Tim said, “I don’t think I’ll ever hit another shot as perfect as that one, but that won’t keep me from trying!” 

When asked about the addition of Mr. Sullivan, Chad Disbennett said, “Tim is an excellent fit with Disbennett Wealth Management, and he brings a wealth of knowledge.  I’ve been trying to bring him on board for the past couple of years, and I’m very pleased that he has agreed to join our firm.  I’m looking forward to working with him for many years to come.”  


Jonathan Hoop*, VP of Senior Benefits

Jonathan joined Disbennett Wealth Management Group in February 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Senior Benefits and wealth transfer specialist.  Jonathan graduated with a double major in Business Management and Sports Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2007, while also competing on the Men’s Soccer team.  Having been coached all his life, Jonathan understands the power of coaching and wants to be a “coach” to his clients, so that they better understand their options in regards to tax efficient planning.

Jonathan was in the pharmaceutical industry for several years, where he assisted doctors in the realm of Pediatrics and Women's Health.  Jonathan has always had a passion for helping people, continues that tradition at the firm. 

Jonathan is also a sports “junky”, more importantly an avid Cincinnati Bengals fan.  He participates in many different basketball and softball leagues around the area, and enjoys coaching his children's sports teams.  Jonathan loves spending time with his wife Alayna, and three children.  Jonathan is passionate about his faith and is actively involved in the church. 


Leighanna Visintine*Insurance Specialist

Leighanna joined Disbennett Wealth Management Group in April 2017 and serves as an Insurance Specialist handling Medicare, Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and no-risk Fixed and Indexed Annuities.

Leighanna lives in the Pataskala area and graduated from Watkins Memorial High School in 2001. She took an interest in the Insurance industry after seeing a close friend go through bankruptcy after the loss of their spouse.  Not wanting that to ever happen to her, or any of her friends, she began a quest of learning.  

Since then, Leighanna has received numerous certifications in the area of insurance. Leighanna continues to further her training in order to accomplish her goal of being able to help all of her clients to find the right coverage so they can protect their families.   She frequently attends seminars and takes courses to further her quest of becoming a great guide for her clients. 

Leighanna has spent more than a decade in the service industry, and started her insurance career helping families in the Gahanna area. She is enjoying her new role as an “Independent” Insurance Specialist, and looks forward to helping folks in and around Central Ohio with a multitude of Planning Strategies. Leighanna enjoys spending time with her husband Paul, and her two teenage daughters, Madison and Layla.  As a family, they enjoy basketball, showing horses, camping, fishing, and going to amusement parks.  


Christina Young*, Office Administrator

Christina joined the Disbennett Wealth Management family in February of 2016 bringing an extensive background in office administration and customer service. When you call our office, or stop by to visit, you’ll most likely be greeted by her!

Christina attended Zane State College where she studied Office Administration and Micro-Computer applications. She brings with her more than 14 years of customer service experience. 

Christina enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.  Some of her favorite hobbies include riding her motorcycle, canoeing, camping and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes play football!  She and her husband, Richard, are the proud parents of three children and a growing number of grandchildren. Christina is actively involved with her church.


Danielle Disbennett**,  Customer Service 

Danielle joined Disbennett Wealth Management in May of 2012 in an official “part time” capacity. After working at Kilbarger Construction in Logan, Ohio for over 16 years, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge to our team in the realm of office administration. Her main focus is on human resources, accounting, and general office administration. As time progresses, she will take a more active role in the group benefits and Medicare division of the company. Danielle currently holds an Ohio Life and Health Insurance license and AHIP Medicare Certification.

Over the next couple of years, Danielle will be splitting her time between staying at home with her lovely children, Danica and Cooper, and working at Disbennett Wealth Management Group with her wonderful, handsome, intelligent, and thoughtful husband Chad…who I might add is writing this bio. Danielle has said that she really enjoys meeting and interacting with all of our clients, and we’re all happy to have her on board.
